Events Designer (for SIngaporean / PR Only)

Job Descriptions:
  • Research, analyses, conceptualize and design for different clients based on project specifications
  • Conceptualize and implement set and spatial design for events and exhibition production
  • Accurately interpret project brief requirements, understand visual communication objectives and interpret the ideas into photorealistic 3D rendering with good lighting effect (and animation if possible)
  • Able to produce detailed layout plans and technical drawings in AutoCAD or similar software
  • Create concepts and designs that fit within available project budgets
  • Work closely with our account servicing team and production team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production
What we are looking for:
  • Diploma / Degree qualification in exhibitions and interior design or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experiences in events or experiential exhibition design
  • Very competent in using and creating modelling from layout plans and sketches, knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering technique
  • Creative, imaginative and enjoys being challenged to produce high quality scenography and design concepts for events and branded exhibitions
  • Able to interpret brand guidelines and create 3D designs that reflect the brand requirements
  • Well-versed with 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and / or Blender/ After Effect
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Strong design background with a clear and proven understanding of spatial design, illustration design and layout
  • Ability to time manage and work on multiple projects at the same time, and work on changes as required by clients
  • Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends
  • Fast and efficient with a positive attitude Team player who cooperates well with other team members
  • Bring creative solutions based on project brief and target audience
  • Strong attention to details

ASSISTANT EVENTS MANAGER (for SIngaporean / PR Only)

We are actively searching for an Assistant Event Manager to join our team!

Job Descriptions:
  •  Manage the entire event process: including conceptualization, planning, marketing, operations, and logistics across various event profiles
  • Plan and acquire procurements for fulfilment of event logistical needs
  • Plan and complete manpower arrangements
  • Coordinate event programming when necessary, including entertainment, acquiring speakers, performers etc and drafting of emcee scripts, if required
  • Work with designers on creation of key visuals and launch of suitable publicity materials
  • Liaise and coordinate with venue management, caterers, contractors on equipment and logistics hire/ to support event requirements
  • Other secondary administrative roles and ad-hoc responsibilities supporting the operations of Events as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree from a recognized university
  • At least 2 – 4 years of marketing, digital marketing and events work experience covering concept, planning and implementation of in-person and virtual events.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organizational abilities, sound knowledge of IT tools and good networking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and plan work activities in an organised manner, able to multi-task and work under pressure, track and deliver assignments on schedule
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communications and relationship skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and as an individual
  • Undertake and perform projects as assigned.
